Our farm is situated in the old Mulini Valley (Valle dei Mulini), 500 m only from the source of the Rio nell' Elba canals, which provide an optimum irrigation. Our main production is the white wine "DOC dell'Elba, vegetables and eggs. we also produce the food for our animals..

The wine was the main agricultural production of the islanders from the times of the roman empire till the end of the 19th century. We actually follow a procedure in order, using some traditional technics, to give back to this production its old qualities. The white wine DOC DELL'ELBA that we produce comes from our vineyard of Procanico and Vermentino.

We make our vegetables using the local traditional techniques - minimum tillage and rotation of the cultures. Each morning our seasonal production, fresh from the day are available at the farm for direct sale

Activities

A perfect place to keep in touch with nature, take the sun, a rest or read. A nice setting to sample (and more) local products... and once this is done there are ample opportunities to enjoy different sports and other cultural activities .

To come to Elba Island: Once in Piombino marittima, take the ferry to Portoferraio or Rio Marina.
If you arrive in Portoferraio with your car, take the road first to Porto Azurro then to Rio Nell'Elba
If you are without car it's more convenient to take the ferry for Rio Marina or the speed boat to Cavo, then the bus for Rio Elba. In between Rio Nell'Elba and Rio Marina you will find "Loc. S. Giuseppe" and the indications to visit us.
